Famous around the world for its intensely flavoured single malts, Islay is the southernmost island of the Inner Hebrides.  A mild climate and ocean-battered shores lend unique character to Islay’s natural peat bogs, which are used as fuel to dry the malt, imparting a unique flavour.  Senses Islay Peat is a deep brown that shares the same dark and distinctive qualities.
